AVEX B STUDIO

This spacious setting with an impressive bespoke studio table can accommodate up to 5 speakers (including host) while respecting the 1.5-meter distance measure. In terms of look and feel, the studio can be adapted to the wishes of the client with, for example, customized logo animations, logos on the screen and special name titles for the speakers. The lighting in the decor can also adapt like a chameleon in any desired colour setting.

Participate remotely

In addition to the fact that the speakers can be physically present at the table in the studio, the AVEX STUDIOS have the technical possibility to allow speakers to participate in the broadcast remotely. The speaker will participate from his laptop or tablet via a virtual meeting room from home, office or anywhere in the world. We can also link different (international) studios to each other.

In this studio it is also possible (at an additional cost) to have the remote speaker take place virtually “at the table”. By placing a display in portrait on the studio table, it optically appears that the speaker is physically “at the table” in the studio.

Moderator

A private place in the studio has been realized for the moderator, with a direct view of various viewing screens for incoming questions and another interactivity. Placing an autocue is also possible.

Professional studio

With the use of the complete AVEX STUDIOS you are “up-and-running” in 30 minutes. Besides the fact that the studio is easily accessible via the access roads of the A2 and A27, the studio has enough free parking spaces.

During the day of the admission you also have a production office at your disposal. Handy as a workplace and meeting room with your guests.

With the AVEX STUDIOS we offer:

Experienced team

AVEX has a lot of experience in facilitating and organizing live streams. The basis of a good broadcast is 80% in the preparation. We help you by starting to ask you the right questions!

Examples are:

What is the duration of the broadcast?

How many viewers are expected?

Should one be able to ask questions or vote?

Who is in charge, is a presenter or moderator invited who knows how to maintain the structure?

Naturally, we also look at the content of the live stream.

Is it a message with only camera images?
