Digital signage
Both in the open lobby and in the meeting rooms, guests are welcomed with information on various displays. The Sentido signage system from AVEX with digital signage screens was used for this. Sentido signage ensures that guests on their route through the building are informed on various overview displays, they can easily see where the room reserved for them is in the hotel. Sentido digital displays has also been incorporated into the wall next to the door of every meeting room, which shows the name of the meeting. Because a link is made with the hotel’s own reservation system, the information transfer to the displays is fully automatic.
User experience
AVEX has furnished various meeting rooms with modern audio-visual systems with video conference options. Image, light, and sound are easy to operate via a Crestron touch panel. This ensures an optimal user experience in the meeting rooms. Also, in all hotel rooms AVEX has realized a modern hotel TV system.
