Multi-year contract FMH
FMHaaglanden is the service organization for facility products and services for various ministries. The award by FMH means that AVEX will exclusively provide AV support, technical facilities and operation during events of and at many Ministries in the coming years.
Setting up temporary studios – online communication
This AV support is not only for planned and ‘ad-hoc’ events and meetings at various locations in The Hague; AVEX also set up a number of (temporary) studios from which various online meetings and broadcasts will be held.
Sustainability and Social Return
An important part of the tender was the Sustainability and Social Return element.
In the past year, AVEX succeeded in making its ambitions in the field of sustainability and the environment a lot ‘greener’ again. Obtaining the ISO14001 certification in particular was a wonderful recognition that certainly made an important contribution to shaping the sustainability objectives within the plan to be awarded the tender.
Electric transport
At AVEX, we not only looked at whether we could put the green ticks associated with the tender, but we also looked with a core team at how we can reduce our CO2 footprint and reduce particulate emissions from our transport in the city.
One of the solutions is to invest in electric delivery vans that can be used for sustainable transport within the city center of The Hague
New location in The Hague with ‘hub function’
In order to be able to serve the Haaglanden region and the ministries smoothly, we will open a new branch in The Hague this summer. In addition to the regional office, this location will also serve as a ‘hub’ with a basic stock of AV equipment to support the most common events.
All additional necessary AV materials come from AVEX’s central logistics center to this brand-new AVEX location on the outskirts of The Hague. From here, the equipment is distributed over the various projects and the 100% electric delivery vans will drive past the various ministries.

FMHaaglanden provides facility products and services within the government in the Hague region for various locations where ministries or organizational units of the ministries are housed and provides approximately 30,000 workplaces for government colleagues. FMH provides event services for the following ministries:
Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment; Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations; Ministry of Education, Culture and Science; Ministry of Justice and Security; Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality; Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate; Ministry of Health, wellbeing and sports.
In addition, FMH facilitates organizations and service units of the central government that are housed in central central offices in the Haaglanden region.
