Managed Services
The Managed Services concept ensures that you always have the right innovative audiovisual solutions in-house. For one or 50 meeting rooms. Or perhaps for one or more mobile presentation solutions. Everything is possible.
The unique feature of the Managed Services concept is that we take care of everything for you. From independent advice, installation, 24/7 helpdesk via the Facility Support Desk, regular maintenance, content production up to financing of the concept. This enables complex audiovisual requirements to be met quickly and efficiently without the need for a significant advance investment. For the Managed Services concept, you pay a fixed “all-in” rate for use per month.
Pay-per-use
With the Pay-per-use concept, you quickly have the necessary innovative audiovisual equipment in house, at a Pay-per-use rate. Based on your wishes and estimated use, we will draw up a tailor-made concept for you. The system is owned by AVEX and you are the user of it during the agreed term.
The Pay-per-use rate is based on a minimum use per week or month. You are charged an hourly rate based on the actual use. This model can be very attractive for users subject to seasonal influences. Or, for example, if the costs of use by you are passed on to your internal or external customer.
Sale/AV-FLEX back
You already have the necessary audiovisual resources in your organisation? But you would like to change your financial model from CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) to OPEX (Operational Expenditure). With Sale/AV-FLEX back, we purchase your audiovisual system at an attractive price at the time of your choosing. After purchase by AV-FLEX®, you pay a fixed fee for using the system. AVEX takes care of the management and maintenance.
