AVEX is proud of the successful realization of the audiovisual setup at the new headquarters of EY Belgium in Brussels. Within a short period, we equipped over 170 modern meeting rooms with new Microsoft Teams Rooms technology and installed various LED walls.
The Microsoft Teams Rooms technology ensures seamless integration of audio and videoconferencing, making hybrid meetings simple and efficient. Thanks to these modern meeting rooms, employees can now participate in meetings from anywhere in the world, whether they are in the office or working from home.
LED walls have been installed in various locations within the EY office, including the entrance and event spaces. They create a dynamic and inspiring work environment and are used for various purposes, such as presentations, internal communication, and branding.
The project has been a successful collaboration between AVEX, EY, and Samsung. We worked closely together to meet the specific needs of EY and achieve an optimal audiovisual solution. Linda Kumps, Facilities Director at EY, is very pleased with the result:
