Future-proof meeting experiences

We have implemented the latest technology in various rooms, from high-tech boardroom to small meeting rooms for up to 4 people. All rooms are user-friendly to facilitate good collaboration between office and hybrid colleagues. In the Boardroom, the Sennheiser ceiling microphone provides additional freedom of movement and speech intelligibility.

All rooms are equipped with Cisco Room Navigators linked to the video systems. These automatically detect whether a room is occupied. In addition, the Cisco video conference systems see how many people are using the room for optimal occupancy.

Because of the many light coming in from outside, we used Samsung screens with anti-reflection so that unwanted reflections are kept out.

Unique multifunctional meeting room

At AON Belgium, we created a special meeting room that is multifunctional. Thanks to collapsible partitions, the room can be easily adapted from three separate, smaller meeting rooms into one large space. The technology is set up with Crestron video distribution and control so that it works seamlessly in any setup.

When the rooms are linked, an additional camera is available for the presenter. The Shure Microphone provides both local voice amplification and clear audio for remote participants.
